Plage des Régates is a smaller, more intimate beach to the north of Plage Centrale. Although it doesn’t have as much sand as its big sister, it has the distinction of being wilder, with a richer ecosystem. Close to the dune path, the grey dune stretches along the beach, offering family activities andservices adapted for disabled people.

Further away from the center of Notre-Dame-de-Monts and your seaside campsite, the Vendée coastline stretches from north to south. Natural, less-frequented beaches give you the chance to soak up the sun in complete peace and quiet. Via footpaths in the heart of the national forest and wild dunes, you can reach the beaches of Pont d’Yeu (on the border with St-Jean-de-Monts), La Braie and Bois Soleil to the north. The last beach in Notre Dame de Monts is Parée Grollier. It is a naturist zone near La Barre-de-Monts – Fromentine.
